User Experience Designer

We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Lead UX/UI Designer to join our growing team. You will turn product ideas into great user experiences that are intuitive and easy to use. In this role, you will lead the design of UX architecture, data visualization and user interaction flows of Brighterion web based products to support our growing data science and AI platform.”

Experienced professional with advanced knowledge of Usability practices and protocols that enable the individual to deliver usability reports according to defined protocol, while meeting established timelines. Provides measurable input into new products, processes and standards in support of business strategies.
Work closely with Product Owner and senior management to develop visual and UX solutions which meet the needs of the end user and deliver on business goals
Brainstorm, research, wireframe, design and refine user experiences within product requirements and deadlines
Create UX artifacts, including user flows, interaction models, low/high fidelity visuals, prototypes, personas, and journey maps
Partner with product and development stakeholders to ensure delivery of optimal customer experiences
Assignments are in support of the goal of developing products and services that are easy to use, easy to learn and useful.
Selects and conducts appropriate user-centered design techniques throughout an iterative design process.
Modifies, adapts and develops new methods as appropriate to address specific issues related to the iterative product development process.
Collaborates with internal clients to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
Ownership of Brighterion design system and working closely with developer to ensure the component library is up to date
Ensure a consistent user experience across the products
All About You:
Specialized training/experience in Human factors, Usability, Information or Interface Design required.
Knowledge / Experience:
5 to 8 years of experience in a senior or expert UX/UI Designer role.
Strong command of usability and design techniques such as: usability testing, heuristic evaluation, paper prototyping, wire-framing, storyboarding, sitemap creation and card sorting.
Ability to conduct focus groups, design sessions, task analyses, surveys and online testing is highly desirable along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analysis and presentation skills with the ability to influence direction.
Solid portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX skills designing enterprise wide/data driven application with examples of process used on projects
You have experience creating wireframes and flows, design system, some graphic design skills, and interaction specifications/guidelines
Ability to be high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive and able to function under pressure in an independent environment along with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation to drive results.
Highly proficient with common design tools such as Sketch, Invision.
Experience working in an Agile environment with Product Owners to boil down complex issues into digestible requirements
