The Zillow Product Teams play a meaningful role in helping customers dream, shop, and transact on their next home across all our brands. We work with teams of Designers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Researchers to tackle complex engineering problems and build products that help digitally transform the real estate industry. Some of our Product Teams are delivering end-to-end online experiences for shopping, renting, touring, or financing their home with Zillow, while other teams advance our industry leading platforms for agent partners and customers.  

We build upon a quantitative and qualitative foundation to understand our users by rapidly testing, iterating, and launching customer experiences on the world’s largest online real estate marketplace.   • Deliver impact and results by defining success metrics, analyzing data for insights, prioritizing what to build, and coordinating with partner teams to align efforts to business strategies
  • Communicate and collaborate by articulating the “why” and "what" customer problem to solve, working with others, and balancing their point of view with solicited input of others
  • Inform strategy by monitoring competitors, understanding customer needs and technical designs of products to serve them
  • Mobilize your teams to do their best work by providing clear direction, handling dependencies, removing roadblocks and applying effective operating rhythms

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $139,400.00 - $222,600.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.Who you are

  • 5+ years of end-to-end B2C product management experience, with a focus on building technology products
  • Develop a vision, product strategy and roadmap for our pay for performance product offering based on a deep understanding of the needs of our enterprise partner segment
  • Develop, test and scale monetization strategies for marketplace business growth including competitor analysis, pricing models and customer segmentation
  • Collaborates cross-functionally across multiple teams (Engineering, UX/Design, Analytics etc.), estimating level of effort, identifying dependencies, and resource needs
  • Balances strategic priorities, business goals, user needs, technical feasibility, and time to market to define impactful product solutions
  • Strong written and oral communication and team management skills, the ability to simplify complex topics, and comfort presenting at all levels of the organization 
  • You're conversant in ecommerce including SEO, UX design, and qualitative/quantitative data analysis to drive product decisions
  • Leverages expertise and shares best practices to grow and develop PMs within their team
