Responsibilities:
'- Responsible for the production of in-game animations, and fine-tune the animation of weapons-related 1\3P perspectives.
- Promote the continuous improvement and optimization of the project's 3D animation performance in the UE4 engine.
- Responsible for connecting with the American animation CP side to promote animation production.
- Work with other team members to solve technical problems and other Challenge.
Requirements:
'- More than 5 years of work experience in 3D games and animation
- Solid foundation in realistic animation, in-depth research on the dynamic performance of humanoids, quadrupeds and mollusks.
- A deep understanding of the performance of forces in motion.
- Strong animation design ability, good art foundation and dynamic visual aesthetics understanding.
- Have a good understanding of the camera language, have a deep understanding of the pose, rhythm control and force transmission of the character's movements.
- Have a certain foundation in performance, and can accurately grasp the personality and behavior of different characters according to their appearance characteristics.
- Familiar with mainstream game art styles, proficient in using 3DsMax, MAYA, MotionBuilder and other production software.
- Be imaginative and innovative, love games, especially shooting games, pay attention to game experience.
- Have a sense of responsibility and a strong sense of teamwork; have certain research on tools to improve animation efficiency.
- Possess good communication skills and proactively solve problems.
The base pay range for this position in California is $117,600 to $215,600 per year.
Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
