Software Development Engineer

What to Expect

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Engineer to design and develop software for its current and next generations of Service center Applications. This candidate will be working with the Software Engineering team in Fremont, CA.  

What You’ll Do

·        Design, implement and deliver end-to-end fully functional solutions.

·        Contribute relevant, clean, concise quality documentation to Tesla’s knowledge base to support increase organizational information sharing.

·        Evangelize best practices in Software development and Software development lifecycle. 

·        Internalize the user and promote good usability and accessibility in every experience

What You’ll Bring

·        5+ years in Application Development

·        Web Frontend Development, using tools such as HTML, JavaScript, Angular, etc.

·        RESTful API Design & Implementation Using .Net Core, ASP.net applications

·        Database knowledge such as MySQL, MSSQL, etc. 

·        Experience working on business services software or enterprise software

·        Understanding of .NET and its core principles

·        Strong proficiency in JavaScript / ES6, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

·        Thorough understanding of Angular and its core principles

Expected Compensation

$104,000 - $348,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
