Great! Because HubSpot's is building out its Product Communications team to grow awareness of our robust product portfolio among media, industry, and ultimately our customers.  

As the (Sr.) Manager, Product Communications, you will work closely with various product and go-to-market teams to position HubSpot as a leader in B2B SaaS. You’ll help craft and execute the strategy for how we engage with key external audiences including media and industry influencers. You will also collaborate closely with our broader Marketing team to amplify messages through owned, earned, and paid channels.

Responsibilities:

While responsibilities may change from time to time as needs change, the core of your role will be to:

  • Support the development of HubSpot’s global product narrative and point of view to inform storytelling across regions, channels, and content properties
  • Become a subject matter expert on our key products, including CRM, Sales, and Marketing Hubs
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing teams to drive attention for key launches and company initiatives
  • Draft key messaging for product news, briefing company spokespeople as required
  • Execute on thought leadership strategies across a range of platforms: speaking engagements, podcasts, op-eds, media/industry roundtables, and more
  • Lead joint storytelling opportunities surrounding key partnerships and integration launches, working with third-party partners

  • Are great collaborators, able to manage relationships with many stakeholders across the business.
  • Have strong instincts and judgment, knowing what makes a good story for media and external audiences
  • Have worked for a global organization, coordinating across multiple countries and timezones



Cash compensation range: 134000-201000 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all HubSpotters are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
