Key Qualifications

  • Experience in leading a business solutions-orientated organization that balanced delivering on short-term goals, while crafting balanced value for new customers, and demand for the future
  • 8-12 years of experience leading Enterprise sales organizations
  • Record of successfully managing enterprise sales team to attain significant revenue targets
  • Understanding of the enterprise market and experience managing sell-to relationships with large multi-national region customers
  • Knowledge of or experience with Apple’s enterprise solutions
  • Ability to lead in a matrix environment and excel at collaboration
  • Experience leading a remote/geographically dispersed team
  • Experience as a leader of leaders
  • Adept at executive customer influence - excellent communication, both oral and written, and presentation skills
  • Consistent track record to encourage a team and customers
  • Comfortable leading, running and encouraging sales professionals in challenging environments where interfacing with C-Suite level executives is the norm, and a pre-requisite to success
  • Track record of holding teams to sales and customer development expectations while driving a high degree of accountability in both short term performance and long term growth
  • Unwilling to accept the status quo

Description

We build and lead great Enterprise sales teams. We assemble the right people, empower and enable them with the right tools, and support their collaboration.


We provide leadership building the strategies and plans that tenaciously initiate new, diverse customer relationships and inspire them on a business transformation journey. We ensure the plans are developed in conjunction with our strategic partners and resellers, providing solutions across multiple customers and industries.


We operationalize territory plans with field AE’s and technical teams focused on acquiring new growth opportunities that expand adoption of the Apple ecosystem. We own the delivery of sales results for the Region, including forecasting accuracy, pipeline and opportunity management.


We orchestrate effective customer engagements, alongside our partners — often drawing on our previous successes and our partners expertise to drive scale and velocity. We follow through to ensure all commitments are met and problems resolved.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay & Benefits

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $157,500 and $237,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

  • Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
