NPI Fulfillment Manager

Key Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge across multiple subject areas: supply chain, capacity planning, logistics, finance. Experience in sales, merchandising, product strategy a plus.
• Strong inventory management experience. Procurement/purchasing experience a plus.
• Strong vendor management & budget management experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally across all levels of a highly matrixed organization.
• Strong focus on problem solving with an ability to identify and implement scalable solutions.
• Sharp eye for detail with an improvement mindset to identify inefficiencies and design process improvements.
• Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy in pursuit of multiple possible execution scenarios.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and analytical skills.

Description

Own the relationship between Apple and various providers for Apple Channel Sales NPI-related activities

Understand new product strategy and work with channel sales teams to support

Manage supply chains and fulfillment supporting multiple lines of business

Vendor capacity planning and budget planning

Liaise with Apple finance teams on a regular basis

Actualize merchandising element forecast

Work with multiple different regional teams for NPI execution

Analyze risk and develop risk mitigation plans - Provide readiness plan updates

Support decisions with robust business justification

Drive process improvement activities after every major launch

Education & Experience

BS/BA degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus

• At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $125,000 and $188,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
