As part of the Digital Go-To-Market Center of Excellence, our Team leads the Global B2C Customer Data Ecosystem, and we are seeking an experienced and innovative CRM Technical Project Manager to drive our engagement with our B2C business and functional CRM stakeholders and help orchestrate the supporting design, development and operations of our CRM data universe. This strategic role will ensure complete and on-going alignment with stakeholders' requirements and priorities. It will also include responsibility for ensuring that HP’s high ethical standards are met throughout the data use lifecycle as well as compliance with HP's data Governance policies. 


  • Engage with CRM Stakeholders and functional teams to collect and document requirements (business specifications, priorities, business logic, …)
  • Communicates tactical process decisions and plans, project status, roadmap update and issues and workarounds, in order to secure alignment with relevant areas of CRM functional lead and stakeholders across all regions.
  • Work closely with the B2C Data Foundation and Digital Platform teams to help with the design, development and operations of CRM data architecture,
  • Collaborates with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements supporting the design of new or improved processes and understand business/customer impact.
  • Utilizes and assists others in utilizing standard project management and quality improvement methodologies in process improvement approaches.
  • Establishes processes which are consistent with overall organization objectives and maintains process documentation.
  • Assist in driving Governance of Data foundation and platform services  in support of the Implementation of customer views, data models and data transformation services across systems/platform and the development of extensive customer data repository covering Digital Direct and general HP services.  
  • Assist in the design and implementation of integrations between CRM Assets (Microsoft Dynamics, SFMC, consent management system based on CRM & Call Center business requirements).
  • Help ensure end to end Cybersecurity and Privacy compliance  

Education and Experience Required:

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
  • Typically 6-10 years of related experience in IT/business operations.
  • Typically 5-8 years of project management experience.
  • Quality improvement training required and certification a plus.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, and influence skills. Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
  • Strong business experience in multiple process areas with excellent project management and process development skills; ability to drive process improvements using industry standard quality improvements tools and concepts.
  • Strong project management skills such as planning, execution and implementation.
  • Solid financial and business acumen.
  • Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities
  • Experience with JIRA is a must
  • Experience / knowledge about Agile methodologies is a plus, but not a must
