This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). As a condition of employment, qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require the Company to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.


Role and responsibilities

As the Regional Capacity Planner you will be responsible for the Target Annual Plan creation as well as the update and maintenance of the strategic capacity plan for one of the US Customer Support categories.

You will act as point of contact for various stakeholders such as Business Line Management, Central Business Planning (located in Europe), HR, and others. By analyzing and documenting their demands you influence higher-level decisions on headcount development. All decisions and proposals on changes to planned headcount will be communicated by you to all stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Run the head count planning process for your scope, drive alignment with the stakeholders.
  • Conduct analysis to identify trends and inefficiencies.
  • Produce and maintain a Capacity Plan, assessing the impact of changes on the plan and on the performance of services and resources. Ensure that the plan is feasible and in line with the Sales and Financials for assuring the success of the company.
  • Link planning to actuals (both outcome as drivers) and use that information to steer decision making or continuous improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement to increase data quality and efficiency in the organization/processes.
  • Ensure that norms and planning models reflect reality of the ASML US sites.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in industrial engineering, business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience (supply chain, financial/business/capacity planning) in related sector (e.g. high-tech, customer service).
  • Previous knowledge of ASML CS business a plus.
  • Must be able to read and interpret data.
