LG Electronics has an opening for an experienced PACS Medical Display Market Sales Engineer in the PACS OEM, and Hospital/Imaging Center Sales market. We’re building our sales force and are looking for an individual to support our consultative style selling. You will assist in developing business value propositions around LG Electronics Medical display products and solutions. You will help the Team drive sales with your technical knowledge, technical account management skills, sales ability, and a strong customer-first focus. We’re looking for a creative professional who can both take and give direction. He or she will work closely with our Sales and Product Manager to achieve the desired metrics and given target;


  • Learn the technical details concerning Medical Display Products; special emphasis on Diagnostic and Clinical displays, and solutions.
  • Deliver messaging of solutions to OEM PACS, Channel Partner and end user Radiology departments. Support customer’s technical related matters
  • Create new sales and marketing strategies that target customers and positions our products as the best solution for prospective customers
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
  • Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales and technical calls with assistance from Team Sales Lead.
  • Manage customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data we receive through digital channels.
  • Gather and interpret customer requirements. Determine the best solution while working with the R&D Department and Product Line Manager.
  • Review, feedback and support develop product roadmap with R&D Department
  • Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting by utilizing all relevant sales tools to drive profitable growth.
  • Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management.
  • Develop and achieve sales plans, goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Attend, manage and participate in all required shows, meetings and training sessions.
  • Be familiar with connectivity including inputs/outputs in relation to our products and be able to troubleshoot with customers as needed.

 Job Requirements:

  • BA/BSc degree Preferred 
  • 7 year experience in consultative selling in the Medical Display Technology Industry
  • Full understanding of Medical Imaging Display Technology, Solutions and Eco System
  • Excellent relationship management and presentation skills
  • Proven leadership and idea selling skills
  • Excellent communication and account management skills
  • Familiarity with project management solutions a plus
  • Technical curiosity and a natural flair for technical applications a plus
  • Ability to break down technical concepts into more ‘user friendly’ terminology
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and techniques with the ability to analyze and interpret customer requirements, identify issues and problems, and offer appropriate action plans towards resolution.
  • Degree in Engineering or related pre-sales experience a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM a plus
  • Excellent understanding for FDA and state regulation, in regard with medical Display products.
  • Experience with X-ray devise or components are is a plus
  • Position may require 50% - 70% travel in region. (North America)

Base Pay Range: $102,500 - $123,300 Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.

This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed
