 Business owner and principal manager of B2C, direct-to-consumer ecommerce platform and operations                                                                                                            



• Oversee ecommerce operations for all direct-to-consumer channels (including partner sales and employee sales) on and major eCommerce retailers. • Coordinate assortment and pricing updates, and prepare sales forecasts in collaboration with product managers and Supply Chain teams • Ensure proper levels of inventory in line with sales forecasts • Translate Small Appliance business requirements and needs into plans and execution on ecommerce platform. • Contribute to sales growth strategy for the direct channel and for advancing the ecommerce business at major retailers. • Responsible for end-to-end process oversight including add-to-cart contingent on inventory availability, order placement, payment, order management, PSI management, returns/credits/  chargebacks, accounting & reporting • Oversee platform performance and capabilities in support of ecommerce. This includes ecommerce functionality on and adjacent functionality such as payment acceptance, user authentication, order transfer to legacy systems and warehouse / logistics systems. • Coordinate new product launches across business units and various teams with an eye for detail, accuracy and timeliness. • Develop marketing programs and periodic promotional activations while minimizing conflicts with retailer partners via strict pricing policies and guidelines. • Support tagging and tracking of initiatives through web analytics. • Actively monitor and identify optimizations to site, cart path and checkout processes to ensure peak sell-thru, ease of product selection, order and payment based on insights, competitive analysis, analytics and latest best practices. • Manage, test and launch new features and function enhancements. • Liaison with different teams and corporate marketing to support shopper thru multitude of consumer purchase journey touch points – from browsing, shopping and support. Share insight and best merchandising practices for site navigation, listings and content to maximize business opportunities across ecosystem. • Guide internal capabilities and resource requirements, scalability and operational efficiencies, legal and tax issues. • Accountable for maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction with emphasis on a convenient, cohesive and satisfactory user experience during purchase. • Adhere to information security corporate policies and minimize PII risks. • Perform partner evaluations, requirements gathering and partner integrations with checkout functions and platform. • Assist with invoicing, cancelled/fraud orders, AR reconciliations and various accounting processes. • Support database growth activities and targeting tactics for brand stickiness, consumer retention and driving repeat purchases. • Provide guidance to internal and external teams on how to best leverage direct ecommerce platform, support campaign needs and expansion of capability to other businesses.





 • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 12 years of relevant experience is required • Must have demonstrated experience managing large scale and complex digital marketing initiatives for a major consumer facing brand • Direct experience in managing digital advertising and digital performance media including search engine marketing, display, video, social and programmatic campaigns • Strong MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills required
