Revenue Operations/Business Manager

The Role:

This position requires leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, and a track record of driving business objectives.  This role is ideal for those who are process-oriented, develop strong relationships with business partners, and have an aptitude for data and numbers. Success in this role requires a motivation to make a difference, ability to manage time independently, and disposition to taking action.

 

The Person:

The ideal candidate will have the ability to sustain high-energy and focus through complex activities that span in-region and remotely to other regional teams on a world-wide basis.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive effective processes for Client and Graphics Attainment, including requirements for success and closure of critical gaps and escalations
  • Assess and analyze risk to revenue, including customer inventory, demand pipeline, sell-through velocity, & forecast accuracy
  • Facilitate weekly revenue attainment meetings and processes for the Client and Graphics Sales organization and work with Finance, Business Units, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure accuracy of attainment reporting and Sales data usage
  • Lead strategic initiatives to drive process improvements and address organizational efficiencies
  • Engage and train the sales team on pipeline and forecasting best practices; manage and drive process improvements for forecasting, planning, and reporting
  • Collaborate across teams to increase internal usage of sales tools; work with Sales, Finance, and Business Units on reporting and data analysis to support sales strategy/tactics
  • Drive continuous data improvements by highlighting anomalies to internal data management team for resolution
  • Documentation and communication for all owned processes.

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Highly cross-functional collaboration by developing deep relationships with key partners across sales and other functions. Ensure optimal adoption of our programs and processes across multiples levels and organizations
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, able to effectively perform multiple/concurrent tasks within deadlines
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills to understand Account Planning, customer engagement and sales methodologies/process at both a company and individual sales rep level
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment and meeting tight deadlines 
  • Experience leading effective executive-level discussions 
  • Prior experience working in the Semiconductor industry
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and high proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Teams)
  • Experience working in a matrix organization where building collaboration and influence generates results

 

Academic Credentials:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
