Job Duties:

Act as liaison between internal team members, business stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams. Drive business requirements gathering, documentation, change requests, and requirements traceability. Analyze business processes and document as-is and to-be business process flows. Become the functional expert for the business process and write the use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work with the delivery team to identify test case scenarios, coordinating on all phases of end-to-end and UAT testing to ensure requirements are accounted for. Identify and manage cross-functional and cross-technical dependencies. Anticipate and communicate blockers, conflicts, and obstacles. Connect-the-dots between business strategies and project deliverables. Considered a subject matter expert of the products and features delivered by the team and used by our business partners/end-users. Publish and evangelize proven practices for team, program, technology, and customer success across teams and disciplines. Attend, participate, and contribute across all scrum team rituals including but not limited to stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint retrospective, sprint demos, and releases. Telecommuting is permitted. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and three (3) years of experience in the field of business systems analysis or product management or three (3) years of experience in the job offered. 

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Marketing Cloud; (2) CRM; (3) Scrum Methodologies; (4) Agile Methodologies; (5) UAT Testing; (6) Business requirements planning/discovery (7) SDLC; (8) flow diagrams and data mapping; (9) Business requirements documentation and (10) As-Is and To-Be Process Diagram. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Education, experience and criminal background checks will be conducted. Telecommuting is permitted. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
