Job Duties:

  Participate in the full application life cycle from technical design to computer programming, testing, and deployment. Interact directly with customers, software developers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer success. Work with technical teams and senior architects to finalize architecture specifications and create designs as they relate to the customization and/or integration of software solutions. Develop proofs of concept (POC) as needed, integrating new components with back-office systems during the design and requirements phase to evaluate products and integration strategies. Develop and write computer programs to store, locate, and retrieve specific documents, data, and information. CRM (Salesforce.com) application configuration and workflow development. Salesforce.com administration including user management and permission control. Manage production & sandbox environments for development testing purposes. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Acumen offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or three (3) years of experience in the job offered. 

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Salesforce.com; (2) Agile development methodologies; (3) Cloud computing; (4) Customer Relationship Management (CRM); (5) Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); (6) Requirements Gathering and Analysis; (7) SQL; (8) Lightning; (9) Apex; and (10) Jira. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Acumen offices may be required.
