Software Engineer SMTS (remote)
Job Duties: Provide support to the Enterprise, while significantly impacting organizational growth and effectiveness through delivering best in class technology solutions. Engage in all phases of the software systems and application development lifecycle which include gathering and analyzing requirements, designing, testing, documenting and implementing software, responding to outages. Identify and manage existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and ensure these risks are effectively identified and escalated to be measured, monitored, and controlled. Work on new technology with smart people, to solve tough problems at scale. Build and grow an advanced multi-channel platform, incorporating multiple editors, machine learning, analytics and advanced reporting. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, 50 Fremont Street, and 500 Howard Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or two (2) years of experience in the job offered.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering (any field)).
