The Kustomer Product Marketing team works to uncover deep customer and market insights, inform and position our products and solutions, define go-to-market strategy, and tell our narrative through content and campaigns.

We are hiring for a Product Marketing at Kustomer that will be helping us identify and build solutions that can modernize customer care for businesses worldwide. This role will be leading our efforts to discover and understand the needs of the market, our customers, and how our competitors are moving to influence our product and GTM roadmap. You will be great at thinking deeply about how to position and sell the products we have, who we should build for in the future, and why they will choose us.Product Marketing Manager, Kustomer Responsibilities

  • Understand market, competitive landscape, and target audiences, and translate into actionable insights for Product, Engineering, and Go-to-market teams
  • Assess and prioritize growth opportunities to inform business and product strategy
  • Develop clear, customer-centric product positioning, messaging, and narratives that can scale to multiple business audiences
  • Create compelling product marketing communications and content, including web, sales-facing materials, press releases, etc.
  • Plan and lead cross-functional efforts to drive product programs and launches
  • Drive product adoption and usage by developing and managing go-to-market plans in partnership with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Product teams

Minimum Qualifications

  • Communicator with experience simplifying concepts, influencing executive stakeholders, and creating messaging and content for external audiences
  • 8+ years work experience in product marketing, product management, solutions marketing, strategy consulting or equivalent function (partnered with product management and/or engineering to represent market requirements)
  • Cross-functional collaborator with experience managing complex projects with multiple organizations and building consensus
  • BA/BS degree
  • Proven Go-to-market strategy experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Working knowledge of data tools and/or SQL
  • Experience working with sales and channel partners
  • International Product Launch experience
  • User Acquisition/Marketing campaign experience (ideation, execution)
  • Experience in B2B SaaS companies customer lifecycle/Customer Care
