About the team

TikTok drives inspiration for millions of its users to discover new places and travel experiences through creator and business sponsored content. The Vertical Solutions team is building new monetization solutions for Travel vertical to connect business of all sizes to consumers/travelers across all phases of the travel planning from inspiration to bookings . We are looking for highly-motivated, customer-obsessed product managers who are excited to work on building new and innovative TikTok Ad Solutions for Travel.


Responsibilities

As a product manager in our team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to build and drive adoption of ad products that integrate into TikTok's native experience. Leveraging existing and new technologies, these ad solutions will help Travel businesses s of all sizes to connect with their customers through TikTok and help them drive business growth.

You will be responsible for defining our short and mid-term product strategy and roadmap, managing your product's lifecycle end-to-end, and working with cross-functional partners for successful development, go-to-market, operation, marketing, and demand-generation efforts.

You will have the opportunity to impact the experience of millions of customers, creators, and merchants, small and large, on a global scale.

Qualifications

- 4-5 years of product management experience in the advertising industry

- Solid technical understanding of ad products including campaign management, targeting, bidding, and ad performance measurement.

- Experience in building user experiences across the user journey to drive conversions

- Proven record of successful product launches in advertising

- Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management, trust building, and verbal/written communication skills are essential.

- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience in a related field.


Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Travel vertical

- Experience in ML and data driven product launches in driving consumer engagement.
