We are looking for highly-motivated, customer-obsessed Product Managers who can continuously adapt and are excited to work on building new and innovative TikTok native experiences for customers.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for TikTok to design, build, and drive adoption of products to integrate the native experience into the purchase journey, leveraging both existing and new technologies to help merchants of all sizes to connect with their customers through Tiktok platform with authentic experiences and help them drive business growth.

You will be responsible for defining our short and mid-term product strategy and roadmap, managing your product's lifecycle end-to-end, and working with cross-functional partners for successful development, go-to-market, operation, marketing, and demand-generation efforts.

You will have the opportunity to impact the experience of millions of customers, creators, and merchants, small and large, on a global scale.


- 3-5 years of software product management experience

- Solid technical understanding of ad products and/or shoppers' journey.

- Proven record of successful product launches for advertising, and/or eCommerce industry

- Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management, trust-building, and verbal/written communication skills are essential.

- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Ads/Monetization/Ecommerce

- Experience in ML and data-driven product launches in driving consumer engagement.
