This is an exciting opportunity to work at one of the fastest-growing startups globally! As a Recruiting Coordinator Lead at TikTok, you will collaborate with the talent acquisition teams and multiple stakeholders to support our hiring efforts as we grow our organization. You will also serve as an advocate for our company by providing high-quality and welcoming interview experiences to each candidate.


Responsibilities

1. Manage a team of recruiting coordinators to support hiring across multiple businesses in North America

2. Define team and individual performance goals, and maintain a culture of development to support continued learning and growth opportunities for the team

3. Partner with recruiting managers as well as other RC leadership to share scheduling best practices across businesses and regions

4. Lead strategy for interview coordination across multiple lines of business to ensure seamless partnership between RCs, Hiring Managers, and interviewers

5. Experiment with new tools, processes, and best practices to improve scheduling operations and candidate experience

6. Prioritize the roadmap for projects and regularly communicate project updates with key stakeholders

7. Own metrics and reporting for scheduling cycle times and candidate experience

Qualifications

1. 3+ years of recruiting coordination experience and 2+ years of people management experience

2. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

3. Strong strategic aptitude and proven ability to define strategy and program roadmap and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels

4. Experience leading reporting across a business and communicating with senior leadership and multiple project stakeholders

5. Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

6. Excellent written and verbal communications skills
, and reputation for operational excellence with strong attention to detail

7. Demonstrated ability to measure the impact of change, both quantitatively and qualitatively
