This position is within the S3 Storage Management Actions group in Arlington, USA. We are looking for a Software Development Manager to spearhead an important area within the Object Lifecycle Management space. Lifecycle Management comprises a collection of distributed systems which process trillions of S3 objects on a daily basis. We are looking to expand our presence from Seattle onto our new HQ2 in Arlington. This role will involve getting a brand new tech development team off the ground and growing our presence in the new location.

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, other related fields, or equivalent experience

· 6+ years of experience in software engineering, capacity management , process management work in support of a technical environment

· Experience in managing complex projects or programs at scale

· Ability to communicate and influence effectively across all levels of the organization
