About the team
The Product Marketing Management teams work cross-functionally to drive meaningful marketing solutions to key customer and business problems.
We start with a deep understanding of the customer, and develop ideas from conception to execution, identifying key customer segments and crafting creative approaches to new programs and product features.
We work on breakthrough product positioning and messaging, collaborating with channel owners to ensure on time and effective marketing program execution, and defining and measuring success.
Our Product Marketing Managers put pen to paper on the marketing strategy to support their clients and meet customer needs.
About the role
Zillow is looking for MBA Interns to help drive the marketing strategy and execution across significant areas of our fast-growing business. We are looking for individuals who are owners capable of solving complex problems across cross-functional stakeholders, and have a strong will to get things done. MBA Interns at Zillow will be given ownership of important areas of opportunity, including new product launches and ongoing product adoption and engagement. You will have the autonomy to think strategically, make decisions, and drive significant impact to the customer experience.
We are looking for interns who demonstrate a passion for products and possess a customer-focused approach to analyzing data. The internship focuses on a strategic project or multiple projects that are data intensive, analytical, customer focused and typical of a full-time Product Marketing Manager role at Zillow. MBA Interns will have exposure to highest level management at Zillow.
Who you are
- Currently enrolled as a first year student in an MBA program
- 3+ years of relevant professional work experience prior to your MBA
- Pre MBA marketing, product marketing, or product management experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with non-technical and technical stakeholders
- Strategic thinker, naturally able to connect customer needs with business solutions
- Keen attention to detail, ability to learn quickly and deliver results
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead through influence
- Ability to work cross functionally to move key initiatives forward
