In this role as within our Success and Renewals Experience team you will:

  • Develop high-quality deliverables to support enablement, communications, and other change management activities required to drive adoption
  • Be creative and comfortably work within the gray area. Be willing to take risks and try new and creative ways to support our users.
  • Design, build, and maintain WalkMe for Salesforce users
  • Work across stakeholder groups to recommend and develop the right WalkMe supporting mechanisms for users, gaining buy in for solutions
  • Track key metrics, where applicable.
  • Act as a point of contact for management, employees, and project team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
  • Understand and participate in organizational and persona-based change impact analyses
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather information necessary to complete assignments
  • Interview subject matter experts to understand highly complex operations, processes, and tools
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement of Change Management practices
  • Complete assignments in a timely fashion per agreed upon deadlines
  • Create and maintain professional presentations using PowerPoint

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a change management setting.
  • Familiar with Change Management methodologies.
  • At least 2 years’ experience working with WalkMe for Salesforce. Certifications a plus.
  • Training Development experience a plus (e-learning, workshops, etc)
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to take complex, technical information and make it easy to follow for executive, technical, and non-technical audiences.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
  • Experience with Camtasia, Captivate, Venngage a plus.
  • Must be able to thrive in a team environment and in a large organization
  • Must actively seek feedback from stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet requirements and feel comfortable making changes as needed to meet requirements.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships & collaborate effectively
  • Have project management skills specific to the planning and implementation of WalkMe deliverables
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
