Overview

Frame.io is looking for a Senior Manager of Product Marketing to lead a team of Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) that influence and solidify our position as the world’s top video collaboration solution. Your responsibility is to ensure our core product positioning and messaging comes through every marketing project and execution and that our solutions are resonating with our target audiences. We’re looking for a creative and strategic thinker who is willing to roll-up their sleeves, work collaboratively with teams to create great products, promote them in market, and represent the voice of the customer in all messaging and positioning.

By understanding the competitive landscape, emerging technology trends and, most importantly customer needs, you will be able to steer our team of Product Marketing Managers to tell a cohesive story and evolve our position as the market grows and expands. Your past experience shaping core product positioning will enable the team to craft high impact product messaging that clearly and concisely communicates the benefits of Frame.io products.

In addition to seeing through the execution of tactical product marketing initiatives, you’ll invest in research that will help us market products to customers across a wide variety of segments ranging from the media and entertainment industry to high end consumer brands and commercial agencies. The most ideal candidate will have real world experience working in one or more of these segments and know how to speak to customers as an expert and colleague in their field. Extra points for experience in video, film and commercial workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a core function within the Frame.io marketing organization.
  • Maintain close ties with Sales, Growth, GTM, Innovation, Brand Studio, Content, Workflow Insights, Product, Design & Engineering.
  • Enable the execution of outbound marketing collateral for Frame.io products including the Frame.io website, customer and partner case studies, product launches, press releases, social media, video testimonials, demonstrations, public speaking, and more.
  • Advocate for and guide the development of features that will make Frame.io a more compelling offering and maintain a competitive position in the market.
  • Foster a deep understanding of competitive products, customer needs, current product gaps, emerging technology trends, and all relevant production and post-production disciplines.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven experience in Product Marketing or Go-To-Market related roles in B2B or B2C SaaS or Video companies
  • 2+ years of people management related to Product Marketing
  • Experience setting strategies, leading multiple objectives, and delivering on complex projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships across the organization and drive cross- functional alignment
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and use data to inform a recommendation
  • Fast learner, ability to quickly learn the kaleidoscope of Frame.io use cases, customers, integrations and trajectory.
