The Web product management team in the MIG Group is chartered to develop and drive the overall business and strategy for the Web Segment within the Development organization and interface with Sales and Services. 


This team's charter includes defining and delivering an industry-leading portfolio of hardware and software routing solutions to solve pressing business problems for our customers and deliver profitable business growth.


Roles and responsibilities


We are looking for an individual with strong Product Management experience, flexibility, and excellent communication skills to provide leadership in product management for the Web Routing portfolio.

- Outbound: Collaborate with business development, sales teams, and customers – promoting existing products and identifying new product opportunities, including gathering product and roadmap requirements and also interfacing with customers on short and long term strategic roadmap discussions and to assess customer satisfaction & gaps with existing platforms and solutions.

- Inbound:Analyze market trends to identify the mid and long term business opportunity. Perform competitive analysis. Develop the Product Roadmap. Complete ownership of Product Requirements Documents and Business Commit on roadmaps, pricing analysis and market incentives. Interlock cross-functionally to synergize and streamline the development effort. Work with operations and manufacturing teams to maintain product forecasts. Maintain the entire product life cycle.



Good understanding of Routing technologies, Web routing, and software products and solutions.

● Experience in product development methodologies.

● Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills, strong problem-solving ability, and a high level of dedication. 

● Highly experienced in working effectively in a diverse business environment and in leading cross-functional projects and teams.

● 3+ years of experience in product management or related field in working with Web customers 

● Self-starter


Desired skills

  • Knowledge of web market and trends
  •  Knowledge of Software and Hardware solutions in the market
  • MBA desired
