Partners with business units/divisions in delivering Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs.
Join a leading HR group consulting with management and employees on HR practices and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 5 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.

As an HR Business Partner, you will be supporting your client group to grow, retain and cultivate talent. You will be partnering with your business leaders to help them develop their teams in alignment with business strategy. In this role, you will support the business to identify needs and then facilitating effective implementation of people management initiatives in and across different departments and levels of the business. Establishing a trusted partnership with the business is at the heart of this role. You will leverage this partnership to drive execution of programs related to the people aspect of business strategies. You will partner with cross-functional client groups within Sales to develop, motivate, and retain their teams. This role also leads the implementation of Oracle wide programs for the specific client group including compensation, performance, talent programs and compliance. Your role will include an analytical component where you will research matters across multi-systems to identify and report on people metrics, for example attrition. You will coach your client group on how to lead their teams, manage and resolve employee relations issues as well as effectively administer Oracle processes to achieve business outcomes. While we remain flexible on location and this position can be performed remotely within the US, the ideal candidate is preferably located in the central or mountain time zones.
- Provide global, strategic guidance on people and organizational issues: Employee Relations, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Workforce Analytics, and HR Strategic initiatives
- You should be a proactive communicator, detail oriented and highly organized; someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives. Lead and support the execution of HR Programs, Tools (HRIS and systems), Metrics and Analytics across assigned client groups
