Apple’s WW Product Marketing team is looking for an inspiring leader in Market Research to support its customer insights needs for iPhone in key geographies. The primary focus of the role will be assisting in the design of primary market research, and the development and delivery of in-depth results to assist leaders in their decisions. We’re looking for someone who understands innovative and state of the art research methodologies, is an expert in analytics and data science, and has extensive experience with translating data into actionable insights and linking it to business issues. Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of proven success in customer insights / marketing analytics in a consumer technology, consumer products or market research firm, preferably in a global role
  • Highly analytical, intellectually curious with proven track record in quantitative and qualitative survey analysis
  • Very strong communication, visualization and articulation skills to deliver meaningful insights to craft business decisions
  • Deep expertise with application of a broad range of research techniques and methodologies, e.g., segmentation and cluster analysis, conjoint analysis, maxDiff, etc. Knowledge and use of analytical tools a plus
  • Ability to efficiently manage and complete challenging projects, drive multiple priorities, and focus on strategic insights
  • A self-starter who works well in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environment

Description

This position is responsible for driving end-to-end research, including questionnaire design, analysis, developing actionable insights, and presenting to business partners effectively.


This person should also be able to develop research plans, actively identify business issues to be addressed, and synthesize from disparate sources to provide a comprehensive view of the consumer and marketplace.


This role will also bring analytical expertise and innovation to research projects, including recommending alternative approaches where appropriate.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in statistics/mathematics/economics or market research / marketing analytics is preferred.
