Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience relevant to sales strategy and operations, consulting, or digital marketing.
  • Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree.
  • Experience in sales/marketing, structuring, and implementing initiatives with sales teams.
  • Experience working with media companies.
  • Experience with data extraction using spreadsheet software, SQL, or other scripting languages.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.

The Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations team ensures Google's Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the Ads business areas and global teams that work across the business areas.

We are advocates for the business and challengers to executive stakeholders in a period of radical change for our customers, enabling Global Business Organization to drive customer success as trusted, valued digital partners.

In this role, you will work to co-create and execute strategies that accelerate our business and our clients’ businesses, provide thinking, training, and tools that help Global Business Organization teams, and help grow leaders, support each other's’ well-being, and cultivate successful careers.

You will provide business critical insights using analytics, ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and help teams drive strategic ideas and initiatives forward. You will focus on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help transform early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

You will partner with Global Partnerships team in Canada (Large Partner Solutions), the Large Customer Sales (LCS) Canada leadership, and internal stakeholders to shape the key priorities for the business, support strategic projects, and manage/analyze business operations metrics, as well as interface with Americas teams on key Go-To-Market (GTM) processes.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Responsibilities


  • Develop strategic and business plans to address short, medium, and long-term opportunities.
  • Execute analysis to extract and summarize vast amounts of data, and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Automate reports and dashboards to provide on time, scalable, insightful, and actionable engaging data intelligence.
  • Manage and execute internal projects to design, implement, and enhance business processes executed by or related to the Sales teams.
  • Package analyses to be used by sales leadership to shape strategic and operational decisions, develop/design tools and approaches to improve processes and workflows.
