The Role

Adobe Business Platform organization led by our SVP, provides the fundamental capabilities that power Adobe's Creative Cloud, Document Cloud and Experience Cloud products & business!

You will provide key product & business insights for Commerce Product team to optimize and grow the impact of our products & experiences. Data & Analytics is the mainstay of the organization and high-quality data, systems and processes have the power to make a significant impact on the tactical and strategic decision making for the organization. This role requires working with product managers, growth managers and business stakeholders, to identify key opportunities to experiment and measure/learn from those optimizations. We are looking for an expert with a passion for using data to drive the decision-making process.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with Commerce Product, Growth Managers, and other Adobe internal stakeholders to measure performance of our products and find opportunities for growth & optimization
  • Provide insights on user behavior across the entire customer funnel with focus on key metrics
  • Derive data-driven hypotheses to drive product growth experiments and support readouts for performance of the tests
  • Work with Analytics Product Manager to build, automate reports and dashboards
  • Analyze and interpret large amounts of data to identify user behavior trends, gaps, and inconsistencies
  • Work closely with the product & development teams on instrumentation, product flow and data capture
  • Author data pipelines via SQL and python based ETL framework
  • Have a deep understanding of end-to-end data infrastructure and analysis, including but not limited to data collection, data processing, data analysis, and data visualization
  • Have ability to identify where focus is needed and bring transparency to business objectives, requirements, and priorities

Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on technical experience in a data analytics or data science role
  • Strong proficiency in querying, manipulating, validating, and analyzing large data sets using SQL or Hive
  • Expertise with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to synthesize, visualize, and communicate your ideas and insights to others
  • Prior experience with A/B Testing analysis is required for this role
  • Experience in using machine learning models to gain insights and influence product strategy
  • Experience with Python, R, or any other scripting language is helpful
  • Expertise with Web Analytics Tools like Adobe Analytics is a huge plus
  • Experience building predictive models is a plus

Education:

  • BS or MS degree from quantitative majors: Statistics, Math, Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or related field
