The challenge

Are you passionate about guiding teams to improve people’s experiences in today’s digital world? The Enterprise Productivity organization is seeking an enthusiastic, autonomous, and multifaceted Senior Product Manager to establish technologies and techniques that will help Adobe’s teams realize their vision through insight-driven decision-making. You will act as product owner and will consult on methods, design, and analysis to gather holistic business insights for our business operations teams across the enterprise.


What you’ll do

  • Define the vision and roadmap for Adobe’s Employee Success Platform capability, which facilitates Adobe’s employees ability to get their work done in the most efficient ways. The “ESP” product line consists of the number of employee facing capabilities. For example: Workspace Store (WSS) provides Adobe employees a centralized shopping experience with easy to navigate activities, enabling them to get what they need in the most efficient way
  • Develop and validate innovative, scalable pre-packaged solutions.
  • Provide thought leadership on a frequent basis, including academic and practitioner research, joint publications, podcasts, conference presentations or webinars.
  • Provide support to internal partners, including data & research collection design, change management consulting, post-research data analysis and interpretation, executive presentations, action planning consulting.
  • Conduct, write and present on global research that aligns to the Adobe value proposition.
  • Responsible for feedback loop with Adobe’s Business Operations teams.
  • Drive and facilitate centers of excellence related to experience management.
  • Defines product strategy.
  • Drives awareness and adoption.
  • Defines capability release plans.
  • Conducts customer interviews and surveys to understand opportunities and challenges.


  • 5+ years experience working with enterprise companies in a role of Product Manager
  • 5+ years experience working with enterprise platforms. (ServiceNow preferred)
  • A blend of agency-side experience as well as internal-client experience is ideal, although candidates from either side will be considered
  • Experience working with large and complex enterprises
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Consultative and relationship builder who can quickly understand client needs and requirements
  • Have a strong understanding of good research methodology; item design and data collection
  • Able to analyze and interpret data, and report back insights to customers
  • Conducts customer interviews and surveys to understand opportunities and challenges.
  • Responsible for feedback loop with Adobe’s Business Operations teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS or related technical field, or relevant work experience.
