The Customer Success Platform team is responsible for developing innovative solutions through applications, integrations, and automations which are used by millions of customers around the world. As part of data and analytics team you will assist in developing insights to drive product decisions. You will help the cross functional team by providing necessary data and insights to frame the right product strategy, prioritize where to focus on and help measure the success of new features and releases.

  • Create product performance dashboards while working with product managers on defining key product KPIs
  • Create executive dashboards to meet leadership needs
  • Create meaningful charts and graphs to present the insights
  • Create self-serve dashboards with trend information
  • Create near real time dashboard to measure health of the recent launched feature
  • Create and analyze A/B testing metrics dashboard
  • Create and maintain data pipelines on data analytic platform
  • Build and maintain comprehensive data models 
  • Assemble complex and scalable data sets that meet business requirements
  • Conduct Adhoc data analysis
  • Provide production support and Root Cause Analysis

 Skill requirements:

  • Strong SQL skills and visualization skills with a lot of attention to granular details in data Expertise in stitching together findings to convey coherent insights
  • Solid working SQL knowledge and experience on data warehousing, experience Teradata, GCP BigQuery
  • 5+ years of experience on product analytics, data analytics or data science,
  • Extensive Excel skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to perform deep dive analyses on key business trends from multiple perspectives and package the insights into easily consumable presentations and documents
