Job summary

We are looking for a talented attorney to support our rapidly growing and evolving transportation businesses in North America. You will be an integral part of the business teams you support, giving input on strategy in addition to serving as lead counsel on a broad range of transactional and regulatory matters.

This attorney will:

• Be a leader within the business teams they support.

• Collaborate internally to develop processes that address risk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly.

• Handle legal issues in creative, business-centric ways.

• Proactively identify opportunities to engage with internal and external stakeholders, earning trust and building relationships.

Some travel, domestic and international, will be required.

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active membership in one state bar.

• 5+ years of legal experience at a law firm, corporation, military, or similar experience.


• Ability to demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations

• Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams

• Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through, and meet deadlines

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Strong analytical skills
