The Dynamics 365 Finance team specializes in best in class solutions enabling businesses to run their end to end financial operations for the Dynamics 365 line of Enterprise Resource and Planning (ERP) in a Mobile-First/Cloud-First world. Our goal is to enable managers and finance professionals to effectively run their business using the Dynamics 365 products!
As part of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance product, the Finance team delivers a complete solution that targets the increasing demands of midsize and enterprise companies. Dynamics 365 Finance integrates several Microsoft technologies, including Power BI, Power Automate, Azure Form Recognizer and AI and machine learning to create a large-scale, intelligent application.
The team consists of highly motivated, innovative, customer-focused program managers and engineers. We’re optimizing our engineering for the cloud-first with a faster cadence of releases to deliver innovation at an exciting pace. Our team works in an agile start-up like environment where we expect each team member to think out of the box to contribute and collaborate towards the mission of the team in a feature-crew setting. As part of this team, you will get exciting opportunities to work on cutting edge technologies across a variety of platforms to build the next generation application experiences for Dynamics 365 Finance and revolutionize the way businesses operate.
As a Group Engineering Manager, you will lead, grow, coach and recruit a team of talented and diverse engineers. You will be directly involved with developing & delivering innovative features and great end-user experiences for our Dynamics 365 Finance customers with responsibility for managing projects to deliver on time with quality.
7+ years of team management/technical leadership experience covering all stages of the product/service lifecycle
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Advanced Sciences
Nice to have:
- Experience leading complex software projects over multiple releases covering all stages of the product/service lifecycle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding UML and experience with formal modeling tools is also a strong plus.
- Prior experience building consumer centric web applications and latest web development technologies
- 2+ years of experience delivering cloud-based services and operating in an environment with continuous releases
- X++/C++ experience
- Master’s degree
