This role is NOT remote and will require you to work in the office in Hoboken, NJ.

Job DescriptionTipico North America is looking for someone who will work closely with our executive team, overseeing program management, streamlining strategic initiatives, enhancing productivity, and communicating objectives between departments and locations. 

This position requires someone who is experienced in planning, loves strategy, and presentations. Someone who will take a lot of the day-to-day strategy, writing and organization planning off the plate of the CEO and with him help with the Management teams and their departments to push strategic initiatives forward. 

The Chief of Staff will report directly to the CEO and work together with the rest of management team. They will be responsible for contributing to growth of Tipico USA. The position holder ensures this is done by doing the following: 

  • Providing leverage and working to increase the operating productivity of our CEO – making time, information and decision making more efficient.
  • Driving processes with the executive team on determining and prioritizing business strategies by building a thorough understanding of the product, tech and strategic needs of the company to identify opportunities to increase leadership team effectiveness while reaching yearly KPIs. 
  • Managing the CEO’s schedule by, ensuring his time is well spent in most important way
  • Overseeing the daily operations through collaborating with the executive team and department leads, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining files, presentations, planning and coordinating meetings and scheduling facilities. 
  • Project managing through cross team initiatives
  • Preparing and presenting material for shareholder and board meetings.
  • Supporting and building relationships with key partners across the organization to help motivate teams and individuals to achieve goals. 
  • Supporting our CEO in developing, formalizing, and implementing strategies around company growth and organizational improvement though multiple locations. 
  • Lead quarterly strategic planning and ensure alignment with our CEO and leadership team. 
  • QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or similar field
  • 2-5+ years business, Consultancy or executive management role
  • Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and department
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a wide range of mediums. 
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Proven success in project coordination with strong project reporting skills.
  • Expert level Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience and comfort interacting across all levels of an organization from C-level to Entry level professionals. 
  • Highly detail-orientated, resourceful, and self-motivated. 
  • Must be able to prioritize among competing demands and establish processes to assure timely, accurate and effective completion of multiple projects.
