Job DescriptionTipico North America is looking for a CRM Coordinator – Technical that will work closely with our retention and lifecycle team to bring loyalty promotions campaigns to life at our fast-growing online sportsbook and casino. 

As a CRM Coordinator – Technical, you will be responsible for building campaigns and spearheading the QA process for promotions throughout the year, in addition to assisting with a variety of CRM related tasks in close collaboration with the team. The position holder ensures this is done by doing the following:

  • Technical creation within our proprietary Tipico systems of promotions and bonus campaigns, concepted by the CRM team
  • Quality assurance and testing for all campaigns
  • Serve as a team resource to assist with marketing automation set up, and other related tasks 
  • Assist the team with the creation of customer communications, based on templates (e-mail, SMS, push notifications) 
  • Collection of data and reports, delivered to the team to analyze and track financial effectiveness of campaigns 
  • QualificationsPast internship or work experience in a digital marketing or SaaS systems management role 
  • Highly organized and process-driven, with a keen attention to detail 
  • Comfortable operating and working in complex technical environments, such as a CMS system or other web-based tools 
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud), or an interest/desire to learn 
  • Data driven with a very good understanding of numbers 
  • Interest in sports and sports betting beneficial 
  • Comfortable being challenged and seeking challenge from colleagues and stakeholders 
  • Embraces change and has a self-learner attitude in order to adopt, structure and teach new processes 
  • Ability to think outside of the box, be innovative and come up with creative solutions to business challenges 

Nice to have

  • Knowledge about and / or experience with sports betting
  • Online gaming and gambling experience
