Job DescriptionTipico North America is looking for a CRM Coordinator – Technical that will work closely with our retention and lifecycle team to bring loyalty promotions campaigns to life at our fast-growing online sportsbook and casino.
As a CRM Coordinator – Technical, you will be responsible for building campaigns and spearheading the QA process for promotions throughout the year, in addition to assisting with a variety of CRM related tasks in close collaboration with the team. The position holder ensures this is done by doing the following:
- Technical creation within our proprietary Tipico systems of promotions and bonus campaigns, concepted by the CRM team
- Quality assurance and testing for all campaigns
- Serve as a team resource to assist with marketing automation set up, and other related tasks
- Assist the team with the creation of customer communications, based on templates (e-mail, SMS, push notifications)
- Collection of data and reports, delivered to the team to analyze and track financial effectiveness of campaigns
- QualificationsPast internship or work experience in a digital marketing or SaaS systems management role
- Highly organized and process-driven, with a keen attention to detail
- Comfortable operating and working in complex technical environments, such as a CMS system or other web-based tools
- Familiarity with Marketing Automation (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud), or an interest/desire to learn
- Data driven with a very good understanding of numbers
- Interest in sports and sports betting beneficial
- Comfortable being challenged and seeking challenge from colleagues and stakeholders
- Embraces change and has a self-learner attitude in order to adopt, structure and teach new processes
- Ability to think outside of the box, be innovative and come up with creative solutions to business challenges
Nice to have
- Knowledge about and / or experience with sports betting
- Online gaming and gambling experience
