Microsoft 365 continues to lead the way in providing organizations with an integrated cloud productivity solution for the new hybrid work era. In addition to the existing Microsoft Endpoint Manager product-set, we have recently announced Windows 365 and Windows 11 which will enable our customers to modernize and better manage their endpoints while delivering the best experience to end users of all types. To help customers understand the benefits of, and business case for, modernizing their endpoints, we need a strong GTM strategy with solutions that can deliver on our vision. We are looking for a new Modernize Endpoints GTM Lead to own and drive this exciting market development effort. Our practice development goal is to equip our field & partners with the tools, guidance, and resources they need to help customers solve their business challenges with Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you will need to work closely with field PMMs, field sales teams, product marketing, engineering, Global Partner Solutions and specialist sales teams to build and execute Modernize Endpoints strategies and campaigns. Key responsibilities will include: • End-to-end ownership of the Modernize Endpoints Sales Play, including BOM assets, field guidance, marketing campaigns & events, product development, and readiness • Driving customer targeting scenarios for the field • Setting the strategy for partner practice development and go-to-market programs • Building guidance on trials & offers to support sales efforts • Curating market & competitive research • Gathering feedback on GTM strategies from the Microsoft field, partners, and internal stakeholders • Providing regular reporting & insights to leadership from the BGs, engineering, GPS, and STU on GTM strategies • Travel required – 10%, domestic and international

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring a host of skills and experiences including: • Rigorous strategy definition and execution • Product/channel marketing management • Technical familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Windows (10/11), Windows 365 • Whitespace opportunity analysis and mapping • Understanding of the competitive landscape for Microsoft 365, with focus on Windows and endpoint management • Ability to manage and lead extended v-teams across business groups and engineering • Solid track record of field execution across technical and partner development roles • Four years in product/partner marketing • Experience with virtualization solutions preferred The most relevant competencies for this role are: • Strategic thinking, insight & analysis, driving for results, and influencing for impact: Ability to develop strategic plans for the business based on analysis as well as field and partner feedback, while also bringing strong execution capabilities to complex opportunities. • Excellent written and oral communicator: Ability to organize information into easy to understand formats delivering presentations that clearly articulate opportunities and compel the audience to support action. • Cross-group collaboration: Ability to build strong relationships and work closely with members of various teams across the company to achieve our business goals and help others also be successful at achieving their objectives. • Adaptability: Ability to look at an old problem in new ways and find ways to solve that problem through new or redesigned tools, processes or systems.
