We have a unique opportunity to lead the Microsoft 365 monetization and business strategy for intelligent content services encompassing areas like content understanding, processing and discovery. According to IDC, this is almost a $50B market and growing and Microsoft is a market leader in this space with the Microsoft 365 cloud content platform and it’s collaboration, communication, and compliance capabilities. As we continue to invest and grow in this area, this is a great opportunity to join the team responsible for defining the monetization strategy for Microsoft in this space.



• Lead and evolve monetization strategy for Microsoft 365 content services.

• Establish new business models to drive growth: identify business opportunities, perform deep analysis, and draft executive-ready proposals

• Influence engineering product teams to identify, prioritize and deliver new value that drives adoption while capitalizing on customers’ willingness-to-pay.

• Propose pricing changes, discounting guidance and promotions as needed to grow our market share and revenue across these segments.

• Collaborate with finance teams to assess the financial and economic impact of business model proposals.

• Create and communicate business strategy to senior executives across the company

• Work with business development to identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets and partnerships.

• Support a diverse and inclusive team culture.


• A strong track record of working across diverse stakeholders to define and execute strategic initiatives.

• Excellent business analysis and problem-solving skills

• Exceptional business judgement/strategic thinking with a bias for action and execution excellence.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to build executive buy-in and support for key projects.

• 3+ years experience in marketing, business strategy, or pricing/monetization.

• A BA/BS in Marketing, Business or related discipline is required; MBA strongly preferred.


The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success and can drive high impact ideas, showcasing strong analytical skills through the application of strategy.
