We are looking for experienced, technical partner program managers to build and grow our Stripe Connectors Program. These are key roles that will help define the go to market and product strategy and build the foundation for the Stripe Connectors Program, enabling us to execute quickly and scale the program to more connectors supporting tens of thousands of users in the first year alone. Successful candidates will have experience in program/project management, working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a high-tech, fast-paced / startup environment. Experience negotiating contracts and/or managing a vendor selection process is critical and subsequently managing partner/vendor/supplier relationships. Subject matter expertise in commerce/retail and/or CRM/ERP/IPaaS is a plus.

You will:

  • Collaborate with all of functional teams - GTM Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Engineering, and Support - to develop and manage strategy and execution related to Stripe Integrations
  • Help grow this new function and team within Stripe, which will continue to scale as we grow into new products and markets
  • Work cross-functionally to develop the requirements and certification process for Stripe Integrations
  • Project manage technical, go to market, and support requirements across first, second, and third party integrations
  • Developing a vendor selection process and standardized legal & commercial template for second party partner development outsources
  • Managing relationships and maintaining contracts with partner development outsources
  • Telemetry data / KPIs - track usage - reporting out on usage / success 
  • Collect user feedback / compile input to roadmap
  • Third party integrations => best practices, playbooks, collaboration with GTM partnerships to drive 

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 7-10+ years of managing technology programs and/or operations, preferably at a high growth technology company
  • A track record of leading and proactively managing end-to-end execution of projects/programs that have transformed their company’s operations and delivered quantifiable business impact
  • You have a track record of providing program management during all phases of a project, from kick-off to ship, demonstrating critical thinking and thought leadership
  • Experience in successfully negotiating complex deals with a C-level audience and positively influencing the outcome
  • You can drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions
  • Experience operating autonomously and leading large-scale efforts across multiple teams and functions, with stakeholders in different disciplines across time zones
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management
  • Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company with the ability to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly
  • A high degree of ownership, bias for action and ability to achieve outcomes in ambiguous situations

Nice to haves:

  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • Experience working in the financial services/payments industry
  • Experience with SQL or a willingness to learn
