From startups to the world’s largest enterprises, millions of companies in over 120 countries use Stripe to start, run, and scale their businesses. Stripe is a technology company that builds economic infrastructure for the internet, powering the kinds of companies that couldn’t exist even ten years ago, with new models like crowdfunding, on-demand apps, and marketplaces. Our customers are the most ambitious organizations in the world. Our partners –from Technology ISVs and SaaS Platforms to Consulting firms to Startup Incubators– help them realize that ambition.

We are looking for an experienced Partner Programs Manager to join the Go-to-Market Partner team, reporting to the Head of Partner Programs. You will focus on designing, scaling, and continuously improving the Specializations of our new Partner Program. These are foundational areas of value that our partners will provide to users, including partner expertise in: Product areas such as POS/in-store, Connect platform, Billing and Invoicing; or Functional areas such as ERP, CRM, CPQ, QTC; or Industries such as retail, media and entertainment, travel, etc. All our partner types will have the option to participate in specializations, so you will need to have strong business acumen and understanding across all our partners. These include software companies (e.g., SAP, Netsuite, Microsoft, Salesforce), SaaS platforms (e.g., Squarespace, Blackbaud, Shopify, Doordash), extension/plug-in partner ISVs (e.g., Twilio, Xero, Zoho, Magento, Mailchimp), Global Systems Integrators, Regional Systems Integrators, Software Development/Digital Agencies, and Payments consultants. You will apply your deep knowledge and experience in Partner Programs and Ecosystem to work across internal functions to build and execute program benefits, requirements, enablement, program journey, and success measures. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, and work cross-organizationally to build consensus. Then the candidate must launch and execute the specialization inside of the Partner Program and operationalize it with key stakeholders. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and entrepreneurship is a must. An understanding of the payments space and the ecommerce ecosystem would be a bonus.

You will:

  • Own the Specializations strategy and global execution for all partner types, by designing a long-term framework that differentiates Stripe by the partners we go to market with and the value they bring to our end-users. You will team closely with Sales to discover needs and execute with partners

  • Optimize deal registration with salesforce, working with Sales Ops and Corporate Technology
  • Operationalize MDF, working with Partner Marketing and vendors
