We are looking for a Partner Operations Program Manager to join the Go-to-Market Partner team, reporting to the Partner Program Operations Leader. You will help build and operate the Stripe Partner Portal from the ground up. Behind our portal is Salesforce Community Cloud as our PRM. You will have prior experience with Salesforce PRM and extending functionality to diverse groups of partners across geographies. You know technology and can guide us through business processes and integrations that we need to consider. You will team closely with other functions such as Corporate Technology and Partner Experience Engineering. You will also help drive program functions for GTM Partners across the entire lifecycle of a partner. You will be resourceful and are used to rolling-up your sleeves to control the details. Yet, you are unafraid to work through ambiguity and lean on your passion for relationships and people to bring new approaches to Stripe. 

You will:

  • Be an owner of the Partner Relationship Manager (PRM) working with vendors and key internal stakeholders. Help design, launch, and continuously improve this partner portal so we drive value for users, partners, and Stripe
  • Help launch the Stripe Partner Program, especially the business processes, integrations, and tooling to support operationalizing the benefits, requirements, marketing, enablement, and sales functions
  • Monitor, analyze, and report out performance and use insights to inform decisions. Track and measure success of programs through goals around partner adoption, engagement, marketing activities, external industry awareness and input from internal stakeholders
  • Support building, launching, and improving program elements, including:
  • Tracks and Specializations for our partners
  • Measuring program requirements and making it easy for partners to understand  
  • Administering badges and associated benefits
  • Providing co-marketing/MDF infrastructure for partners to interact with the partner marketing team
  •  Team with cross-functional teams to drive discovery, prioritization, planning, execution, and continuous improvement. Some examples that you will help architect, launch, and continuously improve:
  • Validating new partners as they register with Stripe, working with Partner Experience Engineering
  • Improving the partner onboarding experience, working with Product Enablement
  • Optimizing deal registration with salesforce, working with Sales Ops and Corporate Technology
  • Operationalizing MDF, working with Partner Marketing and vendors
  • Supporting growth programs working with Sales and Product teams
  • Helping to deliver and close the loop with marketing leads we send to partners 
  • Establish business controls and compliance, teaming with legal and other functions to establish a high level of integrity and transparency for our program

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 2+ years of experience with PRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • 3-5 years of experience in partner operations
  • 5+ years of experience in technology, including direct experience with B2B SaaS, Cloud, or API companies
  • Successful track record of building programs, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work through ambiguity
  • Track record of complex program management to drive major outcomes for your stakeholders
  • Strong financial management skills, with budget operations experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to your audience
  • Able to manage deadlines and work collaboratively with cross functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Takes initiative with a “no task is too small” and “I’ll get it done” attitude

Nice to haves:

  • Experience working in the financial services or payments industry
  • Experience with Salesforce Community Cloud PRM/CRM
