Visier is seeking an exceptional writer and experienced content marketer not only to own the nurture flow strategy and design but also the content and messaging to our prospects.
This is a highly cross functional role and requires both strategic and tactical execution, creative and analytical thinking, and the ability to go from 10k feet to ground level. We’re looking for a growth driver, someone who not only supports the needs of the team, but a person who thrives on identifying and chasing opportunities to accelerate the business.
What you'll be doing...
Creating demand-focused content (from the ground up or adapt existing content to seed demand) that aligns to the buyer’s journey and is informed by Visier’s message, customer story and campaign direction
Providing support via copy writing and content development for conversion for Field Marketing, Events, Integrated and Digital marketing teams
Conducting ongoing measurement to gauge content effectiveness and make recommendations based on those results
Working with content owners/influencers to revise and measure content/program goals to drive demand
Working with a variety of content types - email copy, conversion copy for landing pages, video content for digital, ad copy, etc.
Developing and executing lifecycle campaigns focused on acquisition
Creating and managing actionable segmentation of our prospective customer base to be able to push the right content to the right people at the right time
Owning lifecycle flow execution from end to end: target selection, list segmentation, email compliance, email creation, workflow development, reporting, and performance optimization
Working with our revenue ops team to develop and execute strategy for monitoring and improving gaps in data health and marketing automation performance
Perform other duties as required
What you'll bring to the table...
5+ years experience in B2B marketing role
Proficiency in marketing automation systems (preferably Marketo), with a strong understanding of downstream integration with CRM (i.e. Salesforce)
Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization tools
The ability to approach projects with automation and scalability in mind
Passion to continuously refine processes
Keen attention to detail and exceptional writing skills
Strong customer empathy
A bias for good design
An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and the independence to push forward initiatives at a start-up pace
A deep appreciation for collaboration, teammates, and differing perspectives
