Concentrix CVG Customer Management Group Inc., Cincinnati OH, has multiple openings for the position of Quality Assurance Test Engineer. Work will be performed in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Travel and/or relocation is required. Telecommuting may be permitted.
The Quality Assurance Test Engineer will be responsible for developing, modifying, and evaluating existing software applications according to business requirements to improve software application performance. Analyze business requirements, determine the testing scope, and estimate the completion of testing tasks for each Sprint cycle of the Agile testing methodology. Develop test cases required for front-end manual and automation testing covering all possible test scenarios. Identify the test cases that needs to be automated and convert them into test scripts using test automation software and tools.
The position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or any technical/analytical field that is closely related to the specialty, plus two (2) years of experience in an IT/Computer-related position. Also requires two (2) years of experience with: Java, VBScript, JIRA, Selenium WebDriver, and Jenkins.
