The Catalyst Team is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join our full-time team as full-time employee.
Responsibilities:
- You will have detailed knowledge of performance measurement performance attribution risk statistics and related IT systems
- Good understanding of Project Management methodologies is highly favorable specifically Agile
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience demonstrating strong analytical skills and understanding of how business requirements translate into technology solutions
- Experience of owning the analysis process: from requirement gathering writing test cases implementation sign offs and presenting demos to business
- Experience creating targeted analysis documentation story maps sample flows and charts; or other technical docs to support system requirements
- Ability to document requirement gaps in such a manner that a technical team can fulfill them
